Job Description

• Working as a Junior Officer.
• Handling the on-boarding process for the new employees joining the organization.
• Talent Acquisition through job portals in internet and through telephonic communication.
• Maintaing the master file of the organization which contain employee’s details.
• Regularly keeping track of the vacancy to be filled in the organization.
• Managing and coordinating walk-in-interview.
• Preparing offer letter and initiating to Head office for the appointment letter.
• Maintaining vacancy tracker.
• Negotiating with the selected candidate’s in terms of salary.
• Preparing the break-up (i.e. is the salary structure)
• Entering the data of the employee’s in the organization in built system.
• Sending request to the I.T department for window login id and email id for the new employees.
• Preparing personal files of every employees containing overall details of the employees.
• Keeping track of employees Trainee, Probation, & Confirmation period.
• Conducting and managing birth day celebration for the employees working in the organization
